Responsibilities

Service First Mortgage is currently hiring for a Marketing Director.

 

The Marketing Director is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the marketing department, as well as the tactical execution of the marketing plan.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Building internal support around the brand and marketing strategies
  • Creative leadership; providing editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all material
  • Building customized marketing pieces to support the sales and recruiting departments
  • Developing and implementing a robust social media strategy across multiple platforms
  • Building a video production unit to support the company and key individuals
  • Leading the development and redesign of our internal and external website
  • Managing internal communications and newsletters
  • Ensuring brand consistency
  • Leading marketing compliance decision making
  • Overseeing community involvement and charitable projects
  • Supporting company-wide events and trips

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a strategic, marketing leadership role
  • Experience building a social media strategy
  • Experience supporting video production
  • Experience building a successful brand
  • Recognition from industry groups
  • Strong preference for mortgage, financial and/or sales knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in Business or Marketing preferred

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including senior leadership
  • Ability to quickly build trust and form relationships
  • Aptitude to analyze data, the market and the competition
  • Capable and resourceful in finding solutions without reliance on outside vendors and/or large budgets
  • Proven ability to influence without hierarchal authority
  • Proficient with social media, websites and reporting analytics tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict time requirements
