    Service First Mortgage is currently hiring for an Outbound Lead Generation Loan Officer.  


    What You’ll Do

    • Solicit residential mortgage business from a variety of lead sources
    • Convert prospective clients into new loan applications by presenting them with appropriate mortgage products and pricing based on their needs
    • Prequalify borrowers for purchase and/or refinance loans
    • Complete the mortgage loan application, while describing how the process will work and answering customer questions
    • Manage CRM activities
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Service First lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

    What You’ll Need

    • Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales, competitive and a drive to grow your income
    • 2 years of recent mortgage banking experience
    • 2 years of call center sales experience
    • You possess a current NMLS license
    • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people
    • Ability to work a schedule that includes evening hours and some Saturdays
    • Ability to meet challenging volume goals for calls, applications and closings
    • You are a team player and coachable
